Centering Prayer is a Christian practice of silent meditation. The First Churches centering prayer group meets in the Chapel on Thursday afternoons. On the second Thursday of the month they meet at 1:45pm; all other weeks they meet at 1:30pm. Confronting the Immigrant Deportation Crisis: An Interfaith Valley Forum and Call to Action

Event will feature two panel discussions, a keynote talk from Rev. Christina Rathbone, and a "Call to Action" fair in Lyman Hall featuring organizations dedicated to supporting immigrants and refugees in Western MA.

The First Churches Music Team will be presenting an "Organ Re-dedication" concert to celebrate the summer restoration of our 1936 Skinner organ by Bill Czelusniak and his team. Through this concert, we hope to thank everyone who made this restoration work possible.
